What items do you rent?
We rent ski jackets, ski pants, bibs, snow suits, gloves, and other cold-weather outerwear for adults
and children.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals are charged daily or weekly depending on your selection. A 7-day rental is considered one
full week. Rental start and return times are provided at checkout.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
When is my deposit refunded?
Deposits are refunded after items are returned and inspected for damage, excessive wear, or
missing items. Refund timing depends on your payment provider.
Are the clothes cleaned after each use?
Yes. All garments are professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals.
Can I reserve sizes in advance?
Yes — reservations are strongly recommended, especially during peak travel season.
Can I try items on?
Yes. We encourage fittings to ensure comfort and proper sizing.
What if something doesn’t fit after pickup?
Contact us immediately. Exchanges are based on availability.
Do prices vary?
Yes. Pricing varies by item type, size, and rental duration. Current pricing is shown at booking or at
the counter.
Do you rent children’s sizes?
Yes — we carry a full range of youth sizes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Rental Policies
Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and held until items are returned in
acceptable condition. Deposit may be partially or fully withheld for lost items, irreparable damage,
excessive staining, missing components, or late returns.
Return Policy
Items must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns will incur additional daily
rental charges, which may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the card on file.
Damage Policy
Normal wear is expected. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal use, including tears,
burns, permanent stains, missing parts, or alterations. Repair or replacement costs will be charged
as needed.
Cleaning Policy
Do not attempt to wash or dry items yourself. Professional cleaning is included in the rental.
Early Returns
Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period begins, even if items are returned early.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed based on availability and must be requested promptly.
Responsibility Agreement
By renting, the customer accepts responsibility for the care, timely return, and condition of all rented
items.
